The first step is to understand how anxiety works. Anxiety is created when we feel threatened and our body reacts by releasing stress hormones like adrenaline and cortisol. These hormones prepare us to fight or flee from the threat.

So whilst consciously we think we have dealt with something all too often, the triggers remain untreated. 

In this session, we work through clearing the events of the past that are unique to you. As a result, you will be able to gain closure with unresolved issues that will help you gain confidence and increase your self-worth.

Module Five: Clearing Negative Attachment

Over the cause of our lifetime, we experience many different relationships, some with Parents, Step-Parents, Siblings, friendships and intimate partners. 

In this session, we explore the impact these relationships can have on our beliefs and emotions. During this session, you will release feelings of Anger, Frustration, Resentment, Sadness, Shame, Blame, Guilt, Regret, and so much more. Whether these are existing relationships or past lost relationships. 
When we learn to let go, we can transform our thinking, thoughts and behaviours and increase our self-worth.

When are the sessions held?

Sessions are filmed live on Mondays – you're welcome to join then OR you can complete the program at your own pace. Session modules will be uploaded to your Dashboard within 48 hours. Want to attend live, but Mondays don’t work? Catch-up on Thursdays.

How long is each Session?

Live trainings with Chris are roughly 60-90 minutes. We recommend allotting about three hours a week. 

What if I cannot join the weekly sessions?

The replay of your weekly training will be available in your Dashboard within 48 hours. The Rise The Victor program is designed for you to participate at your own pace – so if you are determined to join us live every week, that’s great! However, if you can’t make it during those hours, the replay will always be available for you to catch up on when you can.
